Our stay was truly memorable, with a warm welcome from a piper setting the perfect tone. The room was cosy and beautifully decorated. Dining was a highlight, fantastic food at the Claret Jug and delightful atmosphere. Take time to explore the scenic grounds. it’s a must!

Great hotel with great amenities like the fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, and excellent bar lounge area. I remember the kind attitude of the staff towards my elderly parents during our first stay. Highly recommend! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Staying here was fantastic as we enjoyed the beautiful property overlooking the lake and the great variety of restaurants available nearby, making it perfect for evening strolls after a long day of exploring. while the rooms were beautifully decorated, the staff communication could use some improvements.

Had a fantastic getaway with friends! Enjoyed the championship golf course and the award-winning spa, both a short walk from our room. The place felt luxurious and relaxing. Highly recommend trying the spa for a pampering experience.

The check-in process drags on, taking longer than expected with noticeable human errors causing initial confusion. The room lacks simple amenities like a notepad or local area guide, which feels out of place in a hotel of this caliber. Pool facilities are more akin to a crowded public swimming pool rather than an upscale retreat, with no adult-only hours for some peace. Evening meals, while decent, don’t deliver that exceptional experience expected at the high prices, creating a feeling of being underwhelmed given the overall splash of cash required for a stay.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to help, and dining at the Cameron Grill was a culinary delight, with dishes that were both beautifully presented and delicious.

i had an overnight stay and it truly exceeded my expectations. the room was a double room loch view, giving me breathtaking sights of the lake. every detail, from the warm welcome to the lovely breakfast, made me feel incredibly valued.

The dining options were diverse, with the Boat House providing a wonderful casual atmosphere for our meals. The staff was remarkably friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the service at the bar could use some improvement, as we experienced delays in getting our drinks.

Attention to detail seems sketchy with dining issues. the breakfast experience took too long with multiple servers tripping over routines, creating confusion. The lifted areas felt neglected, with dirty tables in the lounge and clouded service at lunch in the Boathouse. the garden view room was ground level and overlooked the car park, making it uncomfortable, especially when foot traffic caught glimpses inside. While I had it moved, the initial placement dampened the mood. Tinned fruit for breakfast felt cheap and lacking the fresh quality I would expect. Although some amenities shine, the general operational flow here lacks the polish you'd anticipate from a high-end venue.

The view from our room was nothing short of spectacular overlooking the loch it took my breath away I felt like I was in a dream and the leisure facilities were top-notch with the steam room and sauna really helping me unwind after a long day.

It wasn't exactly low-priced but worth every penny.
